Highlight the booking on the Bookings Control Panel, then access the undo option from the 
menu at the top of the grid, or from the right click menu ....
Scan options available for RentalPoint3 include keyboard wedge, bluetooth and in device camera for barcode or QR Code scanning
Simple Checkout
If ALL items for the booking have already been picked ahead of time, then the user need only 
the booking.
Any assets that require testing must be processed before checkout
However, you do not need to pick items ahead of time. When using the checkout menu option directly, all picked items for a booking will display. Click the 
icon to scan unpicked items
Scan these items out, then click 
to update. 
For non tracked items, scan the non tracked barcode or enter manual count qty and apply using 
ALL picked items, then display for 
Ensure the status of the checkout is as needed, then 
(Bookings must be 'final' checked out before they can be returned.)
Print a packing list if needed (a list of equipment with barcodes where applicable, sent out to the job)
The scan window shows Pull/Out Return progress
Substitute Products
Use the 
icon to substitute items for alternative inventory in the checkout window
1. First choose the quantity to switch out
2. Then click to select an alternative as designated in your inventory tree OR scan the first barcode from the product you want to switch to
3. Next submit the changes
The asset scanned will be checked out, with the remaining assets for the substitute product showing as needed.
The booking will be updated with a record of the substitution. Note the 2 blue chairs are WHMUTE which means the warehouse will no longer see them on the checkout list.
