Checkout
While equipment availability is calculated based on warehouse out and in date of a booking, you may register actual equipment sent to a job by checking both barcode and non barcode tracked gear out to the booking. This operation is achieved via the RentalPoint Checkout Process.
Undo Checkout
Undo checkout of all items to a booking using this option. The booking status will be set back to 'Booked' and all records of items checked out to the booking will be removed. This option is useful if the wrong booking has been checked out.
Return Booking
Return items checked out to a booking or project via Single Return, Project Return or Open Return
Direct Asset Transfer
Need to move gear between bookings without returning that gear to the warehouse first? Transfer checked out items directly from one booking to another via Direct Asset Transfer
