Inventory Setup/Modification
RentalPoint uses an Inventory Treeview structure (Fig A below) to organize and manage the inventory your company will make available for Rental or Sale. Inventory must be entered here before it can be added to the equipment grid of a booking.
- Access the Product Setup/Management options via the gear icon
on the products menu (Fig B below) or via right click option on the Products page (Fig C below) - Refresh the page using the
option - Collapse the Inventory Tree using the
option - Add New or Edit/Delete Existing Rental/Sale Inventory
- Duplicate Rental/Sales/Labour Products
- Move items in Inventory via Drag and Drop
- Find Products/Assets
- Change Prices for some/all inventory items
- Product Listing
- Asset Listing
on the products menu (Fig B below) or via right click option on the Products page (Fig C below)

Product Availability & Usage
Explore where and when your products are being used via Availability Calendar, Plot Sheet and Running Balance.
For Multi-Location systems, Availability at All Locations may also be viewed
