12.0.22.25 Rev 5950 - April 5th 2024

• PR5892 - Load from Equipment list issue - FIXED

• PR 5815 - Tax Issues - when OP #74 is set to Location, the default taxes are still pulled from the customer record - FIXED
• PR5888 - Pricing issue with currency conversion in Bookings
  • By Design Findings
    • Crew with overridden rates do not get converted
    • Issue found with sales rates when flipping between currencies. if the sales item in question were already loaded within the booking they weren't converting the prices - FIXED 
    • With anything that had a set rate there are a lot of instances of the number of days charged changing. -
       If the user enters a different days charged for a crew item this is being reset to the default when the currency is changed and prices are recalculated.
    •  Technician cost/extended price should be converted.  Also when creating a sub rental for the tech need to convert it to the currency of the vendor. 
  • Design Change
    • Client extended price is always re-calculated based on what is entered
      • If the user overrides the Days charged, the new days charged value will remain
      • When entering a sub rental for a crew item, prices will be converted to the currency in the PO
    • Sales
      • If the user chooses to reload unit rates, the rates will be reloaded from the rate table before being converted to the new currency. Otherwise the entered value will be converted directly.

• If the back calculation of the discount fails,  it will now unlock the total invoice price in the booking.  Otherwise this figure will be wrong.
• A checkbox added to the popup that says the discount rate has been adjusted, so if the user checks it,  then the popup will be hidden in the future.  Until the user locks or unlocks the prices again.
•  If there is an amount in the Event Management fee and the back calc fails, then it will show a message suggesting removing the Event Management fee.
• The back calc was not running if the pricing panel was hidden, this was fixed.
• The rental price in the price fixing popup was not always correct - fixed.
• Crew structure list would not load even after the reset of all the settings was run,  IIS admin was restarted and the local cache was cleared.
• PR 5260 Switch DB menu option - only for new signups so they can switch to the demo DB to test.

• TX0000052868 - duplicate comment lines in booking
  Comment lines were being duplicated in bookings,  this was fixed and code was added
  to suppress the duplicates when they get loaded into a booking.
• PR 5677 - PO duplicate sundry Issue fixed
• PR 5678 - Return gear from Maintenance reports wrong operator on return - resolved
• PR 5679 RP3 - Inventory Groups intermittently re-ordered in Inventory Setup - resolved
• PR 5513 RP3: Out of Memory Issues
  This effected the fast reports client facing document generation,  when the graphics
  in the document were large,  after some hours it tended to run out of memory and crash.
  Fast Reports is a third party product,  it was fixed by Fast Reports and we downloaded
  an update and applied it.
• TX0000052837 RP3 - Editing fields in the equipment grid by using the Ctrl-click method has
  been improved and now works a lot better.
• PR 5681 Gear reservations
  • Added a warning message when trying to increase the quantity for a line that is
    reserved.  The warning advises the user to add a new line for the new gear, so that the reservation date on the existing gear is maintained.
• Added button to booking grid to go to todays date
• TX0000052919 -Added an auto save feature in equipment grid,  saves in the background every 15 mins.
• Session view added to "Others" menu that shows who is logged on and some other details.
• Google Calendar does not support Out -of-Band flow (OOB) - changed to loopback address
