Miscellaneous Costs are extra costs that can be added to a booking. These costs are not necessarily found in your Inventory Setup, however they are common costs that will be used and re-used on many bookings. Setting up costs ahead of time can speed up the booking process.
To configure your costs go to Setup --> Lists, then click Miscellaneous Costs.
Use the 
icon to add to the structure in your Cost Tree
The default root folders below can be deleted if preferred.
Once your root structure is built, add miscellaneous costs
The costs below can be used on any booking
Add costs to the booking using 'Add Sundry' option
Select a cost from the drop down, change the value of the cost as needed, then click 
Sundries show up in their own section on the equipment price summary
